How many items are required to qualify for a volume discount?
For orders of 2 or more items, each additional item is €5 off; for orders of 6 or more items, you’ll receive a 10% discount; and for orders of 10 or more items, you’ll receive a 24% discount on the entire order. Shipping is free for orders of 2 or more items. The discount is automatically applied in the shopping cart.
25 or more items—how does that work?
For orders of 25 or more items, we'll provide you with a customized quote. Just send us a brief message at support@studiosonntag.shop with the product details, approximate quantity, and your desired delivery date.
Is there an extra charge for logo printing?
No, your logo is included in the listed price. Depending on the product, it will be placed on the chest, the back of the neck, or the back. You can select the position directly when choosing the product.
What kind of logo file do we need?
Detailed requirements for the logo are provided directly in the product during the logo upload process.
Can everyone wear the same designs, or can each person have their own?
Either option works. You can choose three designs for the whole team or create a unique design for each person. The volume discount applies to the entire order.
Can we mix sizes and colors?
Yes. Each person gets their own size, and you can also order different colors. Everything comes in one shipment.
What if a size doesn't fit?
No problem: We'll reprint the item in the correct size for a small fee. Just contact us within 30 days. You can find all the details about our satisfaction guarantee here.
What if something goes wrong during printing?
In that case, we'll reprint it for free—within 90 days of delivery.
How long does a team order take?
Our delivery time is usually 2–5 business days, provided we have all sizes in stock. Larger orders may take a few days longer.
Will we receive an invoice showing the VAT?
Upon request, we will of course issue you an invoice showing the VAT. That's no problem at all!
Can we reorder parts later?
Yes, you can reorder your design at any time—for example, for new team members. Just contact us, and we'll provide you with a code for reorders under the same terms.
