Cancellation Policy
No right of withdrawal for personalized products
Please note:
Since our products are custom-made according to your specifications (e.g., with your own text, motif, or design), there is no statutory right of withdrawal under Section 312g(2)(1) of the German Civil Code (BGB). Therefore, returns or refunds are generally not permitted once the order has been placed and confirmed.
This does not apply to verifiable defects or manufacturing defects, which are, of course, covered by our warranty obligations (Sections 434 et seq. of the German Civil Code (BGB)).
Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Even though the law does not provide for a right of return for personalized items, we want you to be truly satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee — voluntarily and beyond what is required by law.
Returns or replacements are accepted in the following cases:

Manufacturing defects (e.g., printing errors, poor workmanship)

Damage during shipping

Significant size discrepancies from the size chart

Individual cases where a customer is dissatisfied, provided a fair solution is possible (e.g., a gift certificate, an exchange)
No entitlement exists in the following cases:

Errors made when placing an order (e.g., typos in names, incorrect size or design selection)

Customized items that were produced correctly but whose content is not to the customer's liking

a photo, if applicable, in the event of a defect or damage
