Withdrawal & Cancellation

Our products are manufactured exclusively to your individual specifications (e.g., with your own text, image, or design). In accordance with Section 312g(2)(1) of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no statutory right of withdrawal for these personalized products.

Flexibility Regarding Cancellations

If you still wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible using the general contact form. We’ll be happy to check whether we can stop your order as a gesture of goodwill before production has begun or been completed. However, you have no legal right to this.

Digital Gift Certificates

Digital gift certificates are subject to the statutory provisions governing digital content. If you have a statutory right of withdrawal, you may exercise it using the form below. If the gift certificate has already been made available immediately in accordance with the statutory requirements and the right of withdrawal has thereby expired, withdrawal is no longer possible.

Warranty

Of course, your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected in the case of defective or poorly manufactured items.
