We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. That’s why we offer a30-day satisfaction guarantee —even on personalized products, for which there is actually no legal requirement.

When does the warranty apply?
If your product is defective, was damaged during shipping, doesn't fit, or you simply don't like it. In these cases, we'll quickly find a solution—whether through a replacement, repair, gift card, or exchange.

When is it not valid?
Please review your design carefully before submitting it. We cannot accept returns due to typos, incorrect personalization details, the wrong size being selected (provided the size chart was accurate), or requests for changes after production has begun. Since your items are custom-made for you, they cannot be resold.

Sustainability & Responsibility
We want to avoid unnecessary returns—also for the sake of the environment. Returned personalized products are donated whenever possible.

  • Check text and images before submitting

  • Compare the measurements with our size chart

  • Colors may vary slightly depending on the screen

  • Enter the correct shipping and billing addresses

  • Check your order confirmation immediately after placing your order
